I bring years of study and a wide range of tools to support my clients.  Alongside this, I work with intuitive abilities such as clairvoyance (receive images) and clairsentience (a deep sense of knowing and feeling). Information may come through visuals, insights, or clear intuitive downloads.​

My personal life experience is broad, so there's a strong chance I can relate to what you're going through.  You'll be working with someone who can genuinely tune into your concerns as we create a clear, forward-moving path together.

An important part of my work is the body of knowledge known as Integral Relationship (IR.)  As an IR counselor and facilitator, I help bring clarity to relationship dynamics with friends, family, co-workers, and partners.  These situations can often feel confusing or painful, but they can be understood -- and transformed.  As you grow in your own development, many of these challenges begin to shift and lose their intensity.  IR offers practical, empowering ways to navigate and improve these connections.​

 

I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and an energy worker, which allows me to support clients on multiple levels -- mind, body, and energy.

 

All of these approaches come together to help you step into a more empowered way of living.  I don't believe in long-term counseling.  Meaningful progress can happen quickly when you show up ready and willing to take that leap.
